Sharon Santon is a social worker with a passion for training and education. She obtained an Honours Degree in Clinical Practice in Social Work at the University of Cape Town in 2001.
Since 2024, Sharon has been based at the new GSH family counselling and bereavement centre. The centre is a space for family counselling in end-of-life situations; this often includes counselling and discussions about organ and tissue donations. Prior to working here, Sharon gained experience and expertise through work in the fields of Child Protection, Mental Health and Palliative Care.
