With over a decade of dedicated service, Marna has been a Tissue Co-ordinator at CTE since 2012, playing a vital role in offering families the opportunity to give the gift of life through tissue donation. Her work centres on engaging with bereaved families, guiding them through the donation process with compassion and care during one of the most difficult times of their lives.

Driven by a deep passion for public and professional education, she is committed to raising awareness about the transformative power of tissue donation—both for the recipients whose lives are changed and the donors whose legacies live on through their selfless gift.

Her professional development includes a Higher Certificate in Executive Secretarial Studies), Basic Counselling Skills training), and the Manager Development Programme with 10 years Managerial experience in Events and Promotions at a leading pathology company, all of which contribute to her holistic approach in this sensitive and impactful field. She brings a strong foundation in communication, administration, which allows her to build a wide network within stakeholders in the industry.

Marna continues to advocate for the life-changing potential of tissue donation, believing firmly that “You can be the change in someone else’s story.”
